Each dish is a fixed price, corresponding with the color of the plate on which the dish is served. The customer can order as much as they like. Once satisfied, the staff will count the number of each color plate to calculate the total bill. The fixed price plates apply to appetizers, rolls, salads, bowls and desserts ranging from $3.95 - $6.95 per plate. Just come on in, we’ll show you how it works. I believe the average is going to be about three plates per person.

Roll On Sushi Diner is a novel yet simple concept in sushi and counter-service dining. We break the mold of what you expect out of a sushi restaurant by offering fusion approaches to the rolls: chicken fried steak rolls, "The Elvis" roll, a soul food roll, amongst many others.
